Bukidnon State University offers telephone services for voice messaging available to faculty and staff.
BukSU operates a Smart Hybrid PBX system a cost effective and IP communication system that can be flexibly configured and expanded according to the need of the institution. The system is also capable of unified communication system which has rich IP features such as mobile linking, integrated voice mail and e-mail, instant messaging (chat), and presence information.
All equipment is evaluated and properly maintained to eliminate downtimes to ensure stable and reliable service.
To request for telephone service maintenance, secure a Service Request Form at the Data Center, 2nd Floor of the Finance Building, fill-up the form, and submit for approval. A technician will be assigned to fix any telephone related issues.
