Help Desk
Help Desk is a centralized information hub and assistance center on ICT related concerns of BukSU community. It is the ICT section that handles the various concerns, queries, requests, and troubleshooting activities including
- Repair and maintenance of hardware, and upgrade of computer software;
- Provision of Internet accounts to students, faculty and non-teaching personnel;
- Management of BukSU Mail Services;
- Assist users on the use of computer systems and application software;
- Provide technical assistance to online activities;
- Respond to user’s query about operation of network, online systems and IT equipment;
- Troubleshoot computer error;
- Installation of licensed software and other packages;
- Provides technical specifications on IT Equipment based on the ICT Specifications catalogue;
- Referral to IT specialist on concerns that cannot be addressed by the Help Desk
